"Lloyd Williams and Michael McGlynn have been responsible for presenting and serving refreshments for seventeen teachers attending the above meeting (AQA Moderation Standardisation). They were courteous and very professional in their attitude to carrying out their tasks, and made everyone feel welcome.

"When one delegate mentioned she was allergic to dairy products, they went out of their way, without being asked, to provide her with an alternative meal. A really good indication of taking the initiative. The rest of the food was presented beautifully. A thoroughly professional approach."
